great location but room needs improvement
The location stands out, with easy access to stores and restaurants that make for lively evenings. The pool area offers a relaxing atmosphere, complete with music and shaded spots that enhance the overall vibe.
The room, although spacious, could use some updates in decor and maintenance.

The staff provided really good service, assisting with my business needs efficiently. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. The dining options were diverse, with a particularly excellent breakfast selection that included locally sourced produce and freshly brewed coffee. The pool area was aesthetically pleasing and perfect for relaxation after a long day of work.
Location could be more vibrant.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, made me feel welcome
the handicap room was not very handicap friendly. the bed was too high to get into and there were no hand rails by the toilet. The shower was great, and was easy to use.

It's in a good area
I booked a room "Select" does not have a coffee maker in the room as they "give the service" in the living room, but only at certain times, and they do not even comply. The room service is lousy, they brought me soup with a coffee spoon, it took almost 30 minutes to bring the other one, so it got cold. Different drink than I ordered. I sent mail to the lodging since I was there other nights to get more attention (and they did answer it). Even then they were unable to provide adequate service. (I didn't want any extra courtesy, and obviously they didn't give it either) The room service menu is very limited, not very varied, with high prices and unfortunately without the expected taste and quality. I ordered some flank steak tacos the next day, one of them was practically empty. The last day I went to the Select room, with 45 minutes left to finish the breakfast service, there was nothing left, they told me they would order more, the 45 minutes passed and nothing ever came. They just wasted my time. The waiter who serves there went down to the restaurant and tried to "solve" the inconvenience that the manager could not. I repeat, I sent them an e-mail to pay more attention from the first day, and even then they didn't give a good service. The staff is very kind. I've spent nights in other Lucerna, and this one leaves a lot to be desired. I'm sure they will "appreciate" my comments to improve the service, and hope to receive me again. I would also like to thank you for the attention you gave me during my stay.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff, especially Jorge, made every effort to ensure comfort, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in experience was a bit shaky, and there were cleanliness issues that could be improved. A pleasant stay despite some hiccups.

I had a fantastic time relaxing by the swimming pool and enjoying the live music in the chill outdoor area. The vibe was perfect for unwinding after a busy day, but I did wish the air conditioning in the room was quieter. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. it's totally worth it! 😊
